POSseller.COM - ONE YEAR PARTS & LABOR Warranty

. Please be advised that the warranty agreement on the contracted unit will be active upon full payment. All repairs will be done free of charge (including parts, and labor) subject to the following conditions:
1) Contract starts the date unit is originally shipped, to purchaser. Ends One Year hence(purchaser shipping the unit with a valid RMA# in this time frame shall be covered). During contract period, POSseller.COM (seller of the unit) will repair or at our option, replace, without charge any part of the contracted product found to be defective due to materials or workmanship. Shipping charges are responsibility of the customer (purchaser of the unit, winning bidder).
2) POSseller.COM is to be released from terms if the contracted product has been subject to misuse or abuse, a natural catastrophe or has been altered, tampered with or repaired by anyone other than POSseller.COM, or approved agent(currently only manufacturer of the product), not limited to the before mentioned examples but in any way requiring repairs due to circumstances out of the control of POSseller.COM.
3) Appearance and expendable items such as cabinets, cash drawers, power cords, ribbons and paper are not covered by this contract.
4) POSseller.COM can accept no responsibility for damage resulting from unauthorized usage or disassembly of the contracted unit. Any such tampering shall release POSseller.COM from contract terms.
5) POSseller.COM shall not be deemed liable for any loss of business due to failure of the contracted unit.
6) POSseller.COM shall make every effort to respond promptly to any problems with the contracted unit. POSseller.COM shall not be deemed liable for any loss of business or any other liability due to delay in service response.
7) Dot Wires in printers or thermal print heads are subject to a $25- charge for first failure, $50- second failure, $75- subsequent failures. It is the customer's responsibility to understand prevention of this problem.
8) It is the customer's responsibility to clearly explain difficulty when complaint is registered. It is the customer's responsibility to carry out instructions issued by POSseller.COM when said complaint is being responded to.
9) POSseller.COM shall not be deemed liable for any incidental, special or consequential loss, damage, or expense other than stated above.
10) Any and all legal action must be addressed, conducted in and governed by the rules of the state of New Jersey, USA.
11) This warranty applies only to person who purchased from POSseller.COM and is non transferable to any second party.
12) This contract is expressly in lieu of any other expressed or implied contract, condition or guarantee or representation by any person with respect to the contracted unit or any part thereof, including ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS.
